Located in the heart of Los Angeles, El Rescate is a voice for the voiceless, serving those who cannot afford legal aid. If it were not for non-profit legal services such as El Rescate, many of our clients would have remained in a vulnerable state as undocumented (or non-recognized) immigrants.
El Rescate offers a wide range of services including legal representation and filing of paperwork. Our services cost 50-75% less than private practice immigration services. Clients pay most government processing fees.
El Rescate services are available to everyone regardless of gender, sexual orientation, faith, nationality or ethnic background. We have multi-language capability: English, Spanish, Farsi, K’iche’ and other Mayan languages.
